Mass spectrometry detector

This compact mass spectrometer has been developed for simple capillary coupling to reactions, furnaces, elementary analyzers, thermobalances and other analytical methods. It is particularly suitable for the sensitive detection of light elements and stable isotopes.

Quadrupole mass spectrometers are a valuable alternative to the classic magnetic sector field systems for the online determination of the frequency of light elements in isotope-enriched samples based on the "continuous flow" method. A series of tested methods are available for the investigation of solid and liquid samples with various matrices, particularly for the determination of 13C and 15N contents.
